EB Components provides a wide selection of high-performance crucible liners designed for electron beam evaporation systems. Crucible liners play a vital role in improving process stability and coating quality by reducing heat transfer between the evaporant material and the water-cooled copper crucible. By creating a controlled thermal environment, they help achieve higher evaporation rates and more consistent melt behavior.

Using liners also enables particulate-free pocket replenishment and prevents cross-contamination when switching between different materials in the same pocket. This ensures cleaner deposition, longer crucible life, and more reliable thin-film production.
